We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to fix it.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at senpai@otaku4u.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
Once approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund. In most cases, you may keep or donate the item — a return is not required.
No Returns for Change of Mind
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size ordered
- Preference issues (e.g., “I don’t like the color/fit”)
How to Request a Refund (RMA Required)

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you still haven’t received it, please contact us at senpai@otaku4u.com.
