This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Otaku4U’s website www.otaku4u.com fulfilled via Printify’s network of production partners.

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During holidays or periods of high demand, please allow an additional 1–2 business days as a buffer.

Delivery Time (USA)

Once processed, orders are printed and shipped directly by our U.S.-based production partner. Delivery within the United States usually takes 2–5 business days on average. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Total Estimated Time

Most customers receive their order within 3–8 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided based on the average shipping times of our production partners. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, carrier, and destination within the United States.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before taxes). Orders below this threshold are subject to the shipping charges displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Damages or Lost Packages

Otaku4U is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive an item damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and notify us at info@otaku4u.com so we can assist you. Please retain all packaging materials and the damaged product before filing a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All orders are fulfilled and shipped exclusively within the United States. No customs, duties, or international taxes apply. Applicable U.S. sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within the United States.

Change of Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Please contact the carrier directly for updates or rerouting.
